1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of desifaces.ai websites, mobile applications, products, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or credit pack, or using the services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and meet any minimum age required in your country. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity conducted through your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. The desifaces service
desifaces provides AI-assisted tools for creating and processing images, audio, voices, and videos, including Face Studio, Audio Studio, and Fusion Studio. Outputs may vary and may contain technical or creative imperfections. Features, models, limits, and availability may change as the service evolves.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain rights you hold in content you upload. You grant desifaces a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service. You represent that you own the content or have all permissions and consents required to use it, including permissions relating to a person’s image, likeness, voice, and other identity attributes.
5. Generated content
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes consistent with your plan and these Terms. AI outputs may not be unique, and similar outputs may be generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication and for ensuring that your use does not infringe rights or mislead others.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the services for unlawful activity, fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, child sexual abuse material, malicious political manipulation, infringement, malware, security attacks, or any content that violates another person’s rights. You may not bypass usage limits, reverse engineer protected components, or interfere with the service.
We may block, remove, or investigate content or activity that appears to violate these Terms or applicable law.
7. Subscriptions, credits, billing, and refunds
Paid plans and credit packs are billed through the purchasing platform shown at checkout, including Apple App Store or Google Play where applicable. Prices, included credits, renewal periods, and taxes are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store or account management channel. Store purchases and refunds are also subject to the store’s rules. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Any plan-specific limits or conditions will be displayed in the app or at purchase.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or product reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes that adversely affect paid users.
9. Third-party services
The service may rely on cloud, payment, authentication, analytics, app-store, and AI technology providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms. desifaces is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion as described on the Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, legal requirements, nonpayment, or misuse. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, desifaces will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to desifaces for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Material changes apply prospectively. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
