This Policy applies to information collected through our public website, mobile applications, customer-support channels, account and billing workflows, and any other products or services that link to this Policy.
This Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control, even when we link to them. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Because desifaces.ai supports face, voice, image, audio, and video workflows, content you upload may contain personal information, likeness, voice characteristics, or other sensitive information. Upload only content that you own or are authorized to use.
- Uploaded media, scripts, prompts, and settings are processed to provide the generation, synthesis, editing, and delivery functions you request.
- We may create technical metadata, logs, and derived operational information required to process requests, troubleshoot failures, enforce safety rules, and improve reliability.
- Generated outputs and saved assets may remain associated with your account until you delete them or request account deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
- We may use service providers, including cloud infrastructure and AI-processing providers, to perform these operations on our behalf under appropriate contractual and security controls.

We may disclose personal information to:
- Service providers supporting hosting, storage, authentication, communications, analytics, safety, payments, and AI/ML processing.
- App stores and payment platforms to validate purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and entitlements.

Account deletion
9. How to request account deletion
You may request deletion of your desifaces.ai account and associated personal information by emailing support@desifaces.ai.
Email support@desifaces.ai using the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Send the request from the email address associated with your account and include your account email. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or government identification unless specifically requested through a secure verification process.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request to prevent unauthorized deletion.
After verification, we will delete or de-identify the account and associated personal information that we are not legally required to retain, and we will send confirmation when the request has been completed.
What deletion generally covers
- Account profile and authentication association.
- Saved prompts, uploaded media, generated assets, and project records associated with the account, subject to technical and legal limitations.
- Marketing preferences and non-required support profile information.
Information that may be retained
We may retain limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, tax, legal-compliance, and audit information for the period required by applicable law or legitimate business needs. Information retained for these purposes will not be used to provide an active account.
Important: Deleting your desifaces.ai account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel active subscriptions through the applicable app-store account settings before or after submitting the deletion request.
