How to request account deletion

Send an email to support@desifaces.ai from the email address associated with your desifaces account.

Request account deletion

Please include:

• Your desifaces account email address.
• A clear request to delete your account and associated app data.
• Any additional information that helps us verify the account owner.

Data deleted

When your deletion request is processed, desifaces deletes or anonymizes account data associated with your account, including:

• Account profile information such as name, email address, and user ID.
• Saved generated media, including AI face, audio, and video outputs where deletion is technically available.
• User-generated prompts, scripts, and saved work metadata.
• Credit wallet and non-required usage records associated with the account.

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained for a limited period when required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute resolution, billing, or audit purposes. These may include payment entitlement records, Google Play transaction references, abuse-prevention logs, and operational audit records.

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law, security, billing, or fraud-prevention obligations.

Partial data deletion requests

Users may also request deletion of certain saved content without deleting their full account by contacting support@desifaces.ai.
